Ingredients
- 300 ml milk of your choice we use 200ml buttermilk, 100ml regular
- 150 g oats
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender to a pourable consistency,
- Pour 4 10-12cm pools of batter and fry on low-medium heat with butter until golden brown. Best results come from partially panfrying each side twice.
- Serve with Dr.Coy’s Stevia and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
