Fancy Michelin-level food from the comfort of your own home? If you’re lucky enough to live in West Cork, one Michelin Star Chestnut in Ballydehob has reintroduced its popular make at home ‘STICKS & TWIGS’ kits.
These three course set menus provide you with all the ingredients required to bring the unique flavours of the Chestnut and West Cork to your kitchen table, with easy-to-follow instructions and weekly menus curated by their very own Chefs.
The menu will change weekly, and the first one is tempting us to hop in the car and drive alll the way to West Cork
The menu includes Sally Barnes of Woodcock Smokery’s cold smoked hake with condiments; confit duck leg with bacon and savoy cabbage with a side of asparagus and potato salad, and for dessert there’s a 72% chocolate pot with pistachio and custard.


Meal kit collection is available in person at the cost of €80 for two people, on Saturday afternoons from Restaurant Chestnut, and you can pre-order here. The first collection will take place on Saturday March 8th from midday – 2pm.
