The newly launched limited edition of Bollinger Rosé 2006 is sure to be an ideal present or treat for yourself. It will be available in Ireland from the 20th of October, exclusively a the Marvel Room in Brown Thomas Dublin.
Beautiful inside and out, the bottle comes in a stunning metallic gift box which weaves and melts together the letters of Bollinger resulting in an eye-catching, impressive envelope worthy of the gorgeous 2006 vintage rosé it contains.
While most Champagnes don’t have a vintage year on their labels, on exceptional years a house might bottle a “Vintage Champagne”, which is made with grapes from that year instead of a blend of different vintages, the common practice in the region. As 2006 was deemed a wonderful year for Pinot Noir, Bollinger decided to produced this special rosé which features prominently the variety.
The blend, composed of 72% Pinot Noir and 28% Chardonnay, is complemented by the addition of 7% still red wine and it offers a brilliant salmon pink coloured sparkling with complexity and freshness, as delightful as its beautiful exterior.
Bollinger Rosé 2006 will be available exclusively from the Brown Thomas Dublin Marvel Room from Friday 20th October, while stocks last, priced at €110.
