Bison BBQ Festival Is Back This Weekend

Dublin’s original and best smokehouse, Bison Bar & BBQ, returns with the third instalment of its annual two-day BBQ and Whiskey Bonanza this weekend from Friday June 9th to Saturday June 10th, in partnership with Jameson Black Barrel. There has been a huge response to this year’s Bison BBQ Festival, which is set to be the biggest and best yet with even more BBQ festivities planned over the two days.

Here is everything you need to know to plan the perfect BBQ experience at the Bison BBQ Festival. Attendance is completely free, just register for a ticket in advance through Eventbrite here.

BISON BITES MENU

Brisket, chipotle slaw, chimichurri on a brioche bun €12
Pulled pork, caramelised onion, apple chutney on smoked applewood flatbread €11
