Beginning November 3rd, Bahay will begin their new residency at the Warehouse Food Market. Their residency will switch up their usual offering at food festivals across the nation, giving diners a chance to sit down and tuck into the exclusive new menu.
Offering small and large plates, dishes will include recipes from Bahay’s new cookbook in collaboration with Blasta Books – Masarap. Owners Alex O’Neill and Richie Castillo have a history of exciting pop-ups, ranging from the Hen’s Teeth to an upcoming, sold-out event at Row Wines.
With a range of Filipino flavours with a festive twist, Richie Castillo’s valued family recipes will take centre stage, showcasing the best of Filipino cuisine.
