On Friday 20th March 2015, Nick Munier held an “invite only” event to select friends & peers to showcase his latest venture Avenue by Nick Munier – a play on the word “A Venue” which is located on Dublin’s Crow Street. Avenue houses two individual restaurants – Restaurant Munier & Eclair de Luxe, with the addition of two service bar areas over it’s 7,000 square feet. One which will focus on high octane cocktails and the other specialising in a vast selection of craft beers and perennial favourites from Diageo.
The Launch party was attended by many of Nick’s friends and colleagues within the Hospitality, Media & Art World along with a vast array of high profile guests within the gastronomic and fashion blogging world. Notable attendees included Conor Pope, actor Simon Delaney, fellow Masterchef Judge Dylan McGrath and Bill Hughes amongst many others.
Nick has left no stone unturned in his quest for perfecting the ideal venue, with bespoke opulent surroundings, “clean menus” of high protein, low carbohydrate food and incorporating his own art work on the walls. Doors to the public open Monday 30th March 2015 so get booking !
