Virtual Vineyards will kick off a new six-week course of online wine classes at 7:30pm on Tuesday the 26th of October, 2021.
The course will take place in the Garden Hilton Hotel in Dublin 1. Rooms will be sanitised, along with all the glassware and stationary provided.
The course covers the vineyard, the winery and prominent wine-producing countries, with a specific nod to food and wine pairing in the tasting section of each evening. Students receive an ‘Ebook’ of the course work covered, a personalised Virtual Vineyards wine journal and some Virtual Vineyards tasting sheets to begin their wine cataloguing, as well as a weekly bespoke recipe from one of a rotating team of Irish chefs.
The cost of the course is €185.
