ELY have harnessed their extensive wine knowledge and experience from their 20+ years in business, covering wine bars, restaurants, retail and importing, to create the ELY Wine Club.

Each month they’ll send club members three bottles on a specific seasonal theme – it could be an up-and-coming corner of Spain, or a fantastic new producer in Piedmonte; differing styles of a favourite variety or just a fresh look at an established region. 

There are no rules as to what wines they’ll choose; but they will most likely be organic or biodynamic, could well be minimum intervention and low sulphur. There will be reds, whites, oranges, pinks, stills and sparklings!  The only rule in the selection process is seasonality. So autumnal wines will be savoury and earthy, spring will show freshness and a delicate touch. Winter brings out the old favourites and their more modern challengers, and summer wines are all about brightness, elegance and finesse. 

Each wine will come with winemaking details and a note explaining why they’ve chosen this particular bottle – not just a list of descriptors or fruit flavours, but what they feel about the wine, and why they think you will like it.

In addition to the wonderful wines you’ll be introduced to, they’ll also include value added gems like seasonal recipes, complementary quarterly online tastings and discounts for ELY wine tastings, ELY Wine Bar & ELY Wine store!

There are two price points, the ‘Sommelier’s Selection’ for €80 per month and the ‘Cellar Selection’ for €120 per month. Both boxes will give you the opportunity to ‘double up’ to six wines at a reduced cost and delivery, anywhere in Ireland, is included.

The ELY Wine Club subscription can also be purchased as a gift for one month, three months, six months or a year.
