To celebrate 10 years of distilling in Dublin 8, Teeling Whiskey has announced a standout culinary collaboration with Michelin-starred restaurant Variety Jones.
In partnership with Variety Jones head chef Keelan Higgs, the Teeling team has crafted a one-night-only ‘sip-and-dine’ experience that will take place on Sunday, 8th June, featuring a menu inspired by the character and tasting notes of Teeling’s most distinctive whiskeys.
The experience will feature a series of courses—some directly inspired by specific Teeling expressions, each paired with complementary whiskeys to elevate the flavours


Guests can also expect bespoke drinks that incorporate seasonal ingredients used in the menu itself, reflecting the shared creativity and rooted approach that both Teeling Whiskey and Variety Jones are renowned for.
Keelan Higgs, Head Chef at Variety Jones, said:

The evening will begin with whiskey tasting and anniversary tour at the award-winning distillery, followed by a visit to a much-loved local pub in Dublin 8, and will culminate in the dining experience at Variety Jones, hosted by Keelan Higgs and Teeling Whiskey Global Brand Ambassador Rob Caldwell.
