The Golden Touch – €11

A unique Design Cocktail, the ‘Golden Touch’, is a cocktail born from and inspired by the passion and premium quality that is Statham’s by Pembroke Kilkenny. Utilising Statham’s ability to bring any event or occasion to the next level, this is an awe-inspiring libation!

Ingredients:
– Glendalough Wild Irish Botanical Gin
– Homemade Raspberry Syrup
– Fresh Lemon
– Ginger Ale
– Finished with a Passionfruit Egg White Meringue Foam
– Garnished with the Golden Touch

The ‘Golden Touch’ cocktail is available in Statham’s Bar & Restaurant from 14 July – 7th August 2017.

Their unique cocktail menu is curated seasonally by acclaimed mixologist Darren Geraghty and is brought to life by Bar Manager, Daithi Lane, and his team.

Darren’s mixology skills have earned him a collection of impressive accolades including The Bols All-Ireland Best Cocktail Experience 2012, International Bols ‘Around The World’ Bartender National Champion 2013, Beefeater 24 Global Bartender and the Angostura Global Cocktail Challenge.

Most recently, he won the Irish final of the Disaronno Global Cocktail Challenge and competed in the Irish final of World Class 2015.

They are excited to work with Darren as he brings his creativity to their delectable selection of cocktails and drinks. Statham’s dare to be different and innovative in our mixes.

In addition to the main cocktail menu, Statham’s unique Design Cocktail is a limited edition cocktail inspired by National Craft Gallery artists and exhibitions.

They are a proud supporter of art, culture and design and are pleased to work with the National Craft Gallery as Hospitality Partner. A new Design Cocktail accompanies each exhibition, taking inspiration from the theme of the show.
