On Monday 1st December 2014, Thetaste.ie in association with Nick Munier and Dublin Wine Rooms held a unique evening of stories, food and fun.

Guests enjoyed a scrumptious two courses of classic French food and a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Nick shared stories of his time on MasterChef, Hells Kitchen and guests had their chance to ask Nick questions throughout the night. The chefs of the wine rooms put on some live cooking demos on the evening and at the end of the night Nick get everyone involved in creating a live piece of art.

Nick Munier is a much loved Restaurateur, Artist and TV personality – having worked on RTE’s Masterchef Ireland and ITV’s Hells Kitchen. Nick has worked with many of the most respected and esteemed chefs in the world along with working in some of Britain and Irelands most high profile establishments. He is passionate about food and writing, having written his own account of over 20 years experience at front of house in his book “Boiling Point: Adventures in the restaurant Game” & is proud to be a monthly contributor on thetaste.ie

Dublin Wine Rooms is a stylish wine bar and restaurant with a menu featuring seasonal, locally sourced contemporary cuisine. Over 30 wines served by the glass using Enomatic wine machines.
