The Marker Hotel’s rooftop bar and terrace is THE destination this summer for stunning views of Dublin, great food and delicious cocktails! Now open seven days a week the rooftop has launched a new summer menu – perfect for after work drinks or to mark an occasion with friends. Rooftop yoga also returns and is open to non-residents as well as hotel guests.
*SUMMER MENU: Executive Chef, Gareth Mullins has put together a sumptuous ‘Alfresco with Friends’ rooftop menu. The ‘Grazing on the Rooftop’ boards include options like smoked black pudding sausage rolls, baked tiger prawns, Toonsbridge burrata and Trufallo chicken wings. Grazing sharing plates serve 3-4 people and include options from the sea, soil and farm and start from €22. The main course includes Tempura of Monkfish with curried mayonnaise, gem leaves, cucumber pickle €28, Beef Short Ribs in smoked BBQ sauce with sweetcorn, chilli & coriander salsa and onion rings €29, Saffron Arancini with tomato sauce and aged parmesan cheese €24 or Chicken & Gubben Chorizo Brochette with romesco, potato, smoked almond & extra virgin olive oil €26. To finish you can enjoy the rooftop’s famous ice-cream sandwiches – the ultimate sweet indulgence this summer. Bubble Claws is back! The annual summertime treat at The Marker Hotel, serves the very best Belderrig Lobsters from the deep blue Atlantic waters of Co. Mayo paired with an elegant Champagne from the House of Ayala priced €140 for two.
COCKTAILS: The rooftop has a number of signature summer cocktails to enjoy while overlooking the Dublin skyline. These include the Cucumber & Elderflower Martini, The Floral Negroni, Vanilla Espresso Martini, The Marker Dream a selection of fine wines, champagnes, spritz and non-alcoholic options.
YOGA: For early Saturday risers looking to switch up their routine for summer, Marker Yoga has returned to the Rooftop. The yoga classes will take place every Saturday morning from 8.45am -9.45am throughout the summer, focusing on stillness, movement, breath and meditation. Mats and blocks will be provided but guests can bring their own equipment. Suitable for all levels of yogis, the class will cost €25 for non-residents with complimentary spaces available for residential guests. The Marker has a partnership with No. 17 Personal Training owned by renowned personal trainer John Belton who also the co-founder of Flowstate with partners Adrienne Murphy and Maser. The Flowstate mat doubles as an art piece and the hottest accessory for yogis available at the Marker Hotel’s gym.
