Neff Partners With Chef Jack Stein For Christmas Cookery Demo In Aid of MSF – Doctors Without Borders

NEFF, leaders in kitchen solutions, is teaming up with Director of the Rick Stein Group, Jack Stein, for a Christmas Cookery Demo to raise funds for MSF Doctors without Borders. Taking place in the NEFF kitchen in the Home of Innovation Showroom, Jack Stein, will be hosting the festive demonstration, with all of the money raised from ticket sales being donated to MSF Doctors without Borders.

The fundraising event will take place on Wednesday, 13th December in the NEFF kitchen in the Home of Innovation showroom in Ballymount, Dublin 12. Starting at 6.30pm and running until 8.30pm, the award-winning chef will cook his version of a ‘lighter’ festive feast, providing the ultimate menu inspiration for those hosting on Christmas Eve or Stephen’s Day.  To start, chef Stein will prepare simple Maryland style Crab Cakes that are guaranteed to impress guests this festive period. For mains, a delicious Poached Salmon with Christmas Kale, Pickled Cucumber, and Beurre Blanc Sauce. To finish, a sweet and tangy Lemon Posset with Cardamon Shortbread.
