Each Grand Vintage is unique and offers a personal interpretation of the year by Moët & Chandon’s Cellar Master. Made from a harvest that was predominantly and exceptionally picked in October, Grand Vintage is a wine whose maturity emerges with autumnal aromas. This champagne showcases a pleasant, energetic and chiselled balance on the palate.

Accompanied by a main course of Pork Fillet marinated in Paprika with Polenta, Peperonata & Black Olive jus.
