Step into Dublin’s historical fashion centre during the Georgian era. In Farrier & Draper, they like to encapsulate the classic style of past eras, both in their cocktail list as well as their Georgian décor.

At the bar they love to delve into historic cocktail books and play around with old school ingredients to reinvent classic cocktails.

They are delighted to launch their new cocktail menu so pop on down and sip away summer recipes in a setting that is as stylish as you’ll find in Dublin.

Aoife got started in the hospitality industry in Rhode Island as a hostess, where she got to learn about different spirits behind the bar.

From there she went to Harry’s hostessing where she worked up from the floor to bartending to the mojito bar, where she got to mess around with recipes and tiki cocktails.

Speaking about Farrier & Draper’s summer cocktails, she said: “There are lots of homemade ingredients. We’re working on creating our own signature service for our gins, which looks at really original garnishes and infusions.”
