Forbes Street by Gareth Mullins at Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel will host an exclusive wine dinner on Thursday, April 25th.
This extraordinary evening promises unparalleled indulgence as guests are transported on an Anantara journey inspired by the captivating flavours and dishes of their sister hotels across Europe.
Prepare to tantalise your taste buds with a meticulously curated five-course tasting menu crafted by Executive Chef, Gareth Mullins. The resident wine sommelier, Maxim Prokopenko together with the team at Findlater & Co have expertly paired each course with an exquisite selection of wines. The gastronomical extravaganza features dishes and flavours shared from the kitchens of other European Anantara properties, ensuring a journey through the finest culinary offerings of Austria, France, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain.
The menu features dishes such as Warm Asparagus with Blood Orange Hollandaise, Grilled Stone Bass with Razor Clam Chowder served with Potato and Wild Garlic Pistou. A seasonal Spring Lamb Rump with Orzo, Red Pepper, Kalamata Olives with Smoked Aubergine and Basil takes centre stage. The dessert has been inspired by sunnier climes and features a Candied Pecan Tart with Yogurt Ice Cream while a decadent cheese course provides the closing act. Wines include some robust and rich selections from Spain and Portugal and features a wine by Irish maker, Roísín Curley whose Bourgogne Aligoté 2022 is proving to be a hit with Forbes Street diners.

The Anantara Journey Through Wine dinner will be held on Thursday, April 25th at Forbes Street by Gareth Mullins which is located within Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel. The dinner begins at 6.30pm and tickets for the event are priced at €100 per person.
