Guest will enjoy mains of catch of the day served with prawn cracker and caviar, mascarpone and parmesan risotto, John Stone beef fillet, pomme boulangère and confit cheeks with a cheese selection to savour and decadent desserts to follow.
Available on Saturday 12th, Sunday 13th and Monday 14th February at €140 per person, including a glass of Laurent-Perrier Champagne, guest can choose to continue the glamourous evening by staying at the luxurious 5-star resort on the night with rooms in The Garden Wing from €270 for two adults sharing or in The House from €835 for two adults sharing and includes breakfast the following morning.
