Life is all about balance, so it’s no surprise that the line-up for this year’s WellFest – Europe’s largest outdoor health and wellness festival – also includes a healthy dose of some of the top Irish food stars.
The WellFood programme will include bestselling author and nutritionist Em the Nutritionist, TV Chef Erica Drum, Dublin dumpling guru Janet Liu ,plant powered chefs Conor Spacey and Christina Soteriou, and Han Song Kim of Korean kitchen JARU, with many more to be announced.
Festival goers can expect delicious food stalls, talks and live cookery demos during the weekend


Janet Liu will host a live demonstration on how to prepare delicious handmade dumplings from scratch, sharing tips, techniques, and stories along the way, whilst chef Erica Drum will demo beautiful, healthy and colourful dishes, harnessing the best in Irish seasonal ingredients for a summer foods demo.
Speaking on this year’s lineup, Head of WellFest, Sarah King comments “WellFest returns this May with two feel-good days, bringing together a lineup of hundreds of fitness trainers, wellness experts and qualified health professionals. Festival-goers can look forward to main stage workouts with LA celebrity personal trainer DB DONAMATRIX, tantra yoga with Jenny Keane, food demonstrations with Em the Nutritionist, inspirational talks with Get Better with Chris, yoga classes with Nike trainer Dr Rebekah Jade, and WellFest’s first ever run club led by Olympic athlete Nadia Power.”
