Cup North, the creative minds behind the renowned Manchester and Birmingham Coffee Festivals in the UK, is delighted to present the first-ever Dublin Coffee Festival. Scheduled to take place from 1-3 March at The Complex (industry-only session on 1 March), this festival promises a delightful experience for coffee enthusiasts and the curious alike. Tickets are now available to purchase online at dublincoffeefest.com/tickets
A Series of Caffeine-Fueled Fun All Packed in One Single Ticket
The top highlight of the festival is the much-anticipated Extracted Development coffee competition on 2-3 March, where talented baristas and roasters from across Ireland unite, bringing a real life behind-the-bar scene on stage. Unlike traditional competitions, attendees are highly encouraged to engage with competitors, taste their competition coffees at the brew bar, and vote for their favourite team.
The program is a blend of entertainment, education, and exceptional coffee. Highlights include a talks and panels program bursting with insights from industry experts; a tasting room taking attendees on a sensational journey through the diverse world of coffee origins; a series of workshops for attendees to learn new cool skills; fun and entertaining family activities. The festival will also feature food, drinks and much more. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the latest trends and innovations in the coffee industry, and to connect with other coffee lovers from around Ireland.
Immerse in the Rich Aromas of Coffee Wonders from Over 30 Specialty Brands
Dublin Coffee Festival is proud to showcase the work of over 30 exhibitors from Ireland and the UK, each bringing their unique coffee products, artisanal treats, and coffee-related offerings. From specialty coffee to delectable treats, they are all ready to be explored under one roof. We have also partnered with notable brands including Bell Lane Coffee Roaster, Oatly, La Marzocco, and Brew-It Group, who will be providing their top-notch equipment and products to exhibitors and will be on hand to connect with attendees.
Giving Back: Our Sustainability and Community Initiatives
The Dublin Coffee Festival is committed to giving back. Our festival is a paper-cup free event to reduce our environmental impact. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own reusable cups to the festival to enjoy a more environmentally-friendly coffee sampling experience. Water and cup rinsing stations will be available throughout the venue for attendees’ convenience. Additionally, as part of Cup North’s Community Partner Program, the festival will partner with Farmers’ Voice Radio and a local charity, donating 6% of all ticket sales to support their impactful work and make a positive contribution towards specialty coffee communities and the Dublin communities.
Cup North’s Co-founder Hannah Davies shares her excitement:
“Launching the first-ever Dublin Coffee Festival is a monumental moment for Cup North. In our 10th year of hosting coffee festivals, we bring not just an event but a lively celebration of coffee culture to Dublin. It’s more than coffee; it’s an immersive experience for all coffee lovers, a community coming together, and a tribute to sustainability.”
