The London Coffee Festival

The London Coffee Festival is one of the biggest coffee events in Europe. 

With over 25,000 visitors from all over the world and over 300 exhibitors, the festival offers visitors the chance to learn about different coffees, taste new flavors and do what every coffee enthusiast loves to do – brew endlessly! 

This year, it will be held from March 31 – April 3. Hurry up to reserve your seat!

The London Coffee Festival is a coffee lover’s paradise, with over 250 coffee stalls, live music, and interactive workshops. 

Held annually at the Old Truman Brewery in London’s East End, the festival is the perfect place to discover new coffees and meet like-minded people. 

The Amsterdam Coffee Festival

Amsterdam Coffee Festival is a three-day event that celebrates all things coffee. 

Attendees can sample coffees from around the world, learn about brewing techniques, and attend workshops and talks fwwrom industry professionals. The festival also features a marketplace where coffee aficionados can purchase beans, equipment, and other coffee-related items.

The World Coffee Championships are a series of coffee competitions that take place every year. The competitions are open to coffee professionals from all over the world. The championships focus on different areas of coffee, such as latte art, coffee brewing, and coffee roasting.

World Barista Championship

The World Barista Championship (WBC) is an annual event that crowns the best barista in the world. 

It’s a highly competitive event that attracts coffee professionals from all over the globe. The competition is divided into four rounds: presentation, espresso, cappuccino, and freestyle. Each round has its own set of rules and regulations.

The WBC was founded in 2000 by then-president of the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA), Michael Phillips. The first competition was held in Monte Carlo, Monaco. Since then, the event has been held in different cities around the world including Seattle, London, Melbourne, and Seoul. 

This year’s competition will be held in Melbourne, on September 27-30, 2022.

The competition is open to anyone who is employed by a café, roastery, or coffee company. To compete, baristas must first qualify by winning a regional or national barista competition. The qualifying process varies from country to country.

Once at the WBC, baristas have 15 minutes to prepare and serve an espresso, cappuccino, and a signature beverage of their choice to a panel of judges. The signature beverage can be anything the barista wants as long as it contains coffee. The judges score the drinks based on taste, creativity, technical skills, and presentation.

The World Brewers Cup

During the competition, each brewer will have to brew three coffee drinks: an espresso, a cappuccino, and a brewed coffee.
