This January, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, the chef and restaurateur with over 60 restaurants worldwide, brings a new dining experience to Dublin at Jean-Georges at The Leinster. Known for his ability to blend diverse culinary inspirations, Jean-Georges is introducing a series of menus inspired by some of his most iconic concepts in New York.

The first concept is abcV, an acclaimed plant-forward restaurant in New York

Recognised in the New York Times Top 100, abcV reflects a global cultural shift towards sustainable and plant-based eating, celebrating wellness for both the body and the planet. Starting Wednesday, January 8th, Jean-Georges at The Leinster will offer a special four-course set menu inspired by abcV. The menu will feature organic, sustainable, and plant-forward dishes designed for both plant-based diners and those new to this style of cuisine.

For those seeking a more traditional dining experience, the abcV menu will run alongside a reduced à la carte menu featuring signature Jean-Georges dishes, ensuring something for everyone. The abcV-inspired menu will be available during both lunch and dinner service until Tuesday, January 28th. 

Next is a Chinese New Year menu inspired by fine-dining restaurant House of The Red Pearl

Following the abcV-inspired menu, Jean-Georges at The Leinster will unveil another culinary concept just in time for the Chinese New Year. The next dining experience will be inspired by The House of the Red Pearl, Jean-Georges’ fine-dining gem in New York. Known as the city’s “best-kept secret”, The House of the Red Pearl is celebrated for its modern take on Chinese cuisine, fusing Jean-Georges’ signature innovation with the bold and complex flavours of the East.
