Sprezzatura, the cult favourite pasta restaurant, has taken Dublin by storm. With two locations, Camden Street and Rathmines, they have just announced an expansion to their menu to include everyone’s favourite meal, brunch.
With a well-priced menu chock full of Italian inspiration and with fresh Irish produce, it’s no wonder Sprezzatura has become one of the most popular restaurants in Dublin. With their expansion into brunch, it’s expected to be a sell out scene, so make sure you queue early for this the weekend!
Sprezzatura Brunch 
The new brunch offering is right up our street with four different sections: Bruschetta (not just one type!), Dishes, Snacks and Sides. Some of the Italian inspired delights that have caught our eye are the Arrabiata Baked Eggs and Nduja Custard Donut, plus they’ve got Buttermilk Pancakes with Irish Lavender Butter, which sounds absolutely delectable.
If you’re a truffle lover, there’s a multitude of tempting options to choose from, including a must-order Sprezzatura Toast with Truffle Fonduta, plus a Creamy Truffle Mushroom Bruschetta and Truffle Yoghurt Eggs.
The brunch menu is unique with all the flair you expect from Sprezzatura, so if you’re looking for a different vibe for your next brunch fix, this should be at the top of your list. Brunch will be served in both venues and it’s walk in only, so be prepared to wait a little while. We reckon it’ll be worth it!
