Bushmills Irish Whiskey® is to collaborate with Gráinne Mullins, award-winning chef, Chocolatier and founder of Grá Chocolates for the return of the Black Bush Stories campaign, 2023.
Working with Bushmills’ aromatic and characterful Black Bush whiskey, Gráinne has created a new limited edition Grá Chocolates x Bushmills Black Bush hot chocolate that she will showcase with Bushmills Brand Ambassador; Mark McConville at a series of special Black Bush Stories Masterclasses that will take place on Sunday 22nd October, in Eatyard, Dublin with four time slots to choose from; 12pm, 2pm, 4pm or 6pm.
The ‘must attend’ sessions will include an exclusive first-taste of the Grá Chocolates x Bushmills Black Bush limited edition hot chocolate. Guests will also learn about the expertise and artistry that goes into making both Bushmills Irish Whiskey and Grá Chocolates. With a cocktail tutorial to make a further two Grá Chocolates inspired Bushmills Black Bush cocktails, guests will head home inspired and with a fabulous goodie bag.
Tickets are priced at €20 and available on Eventbrite here. The event will continue with a 4-week Bushmills Irish Whiskey bar takeover at Eatyard, Dublin, running every Thursday-Sunday commencing Thursday 19th October until Sunday 12th November. Tickets available here
Whiskey will be re-imagined with an exclusive bar menu that will offer drinks to suit all tastes including a selection of bespoke Black Bush cocktails, premium single malt expressions including Bushmills 10 Year Old Single Malt and Bushmills 16 Year Old Single Malt, as well as the exclusive Grá Chocolates x Bushmills Black Bush hot chocolate served three ways; a non-alcoholic version, a spiked version and a festive fruity spiked version.
Each year, Black Bush Stories spotlights extraordinary individuals from across Ireland who have dared to transform a traditional craft with imagination and innovation. Gráinne’s exquisite artisan confections have earned her a place in this year’s Forbes European 30 under 30 and, she has now channelled her passion and pioneering spirit into this new partnership with Bushmills Irish Whiskey, the oldest licensed distillery in the world and the powerhouse producer of award-winning Irish whiskeys.
