Dine with Dee and her restaurant list for the month ahead.  This month, there are lots of festivals happening as the season kicks off, so I’ll be eating a lot from food trucks and street food vendors. WellFest takes place in Royal Hospital, Kilmainham on Sat 10th and Sun 11th and I will be there all day Saturday hosting the WellFood stage; then Fri 16th to Sun 18th is the Ballymaloe Festival of Food in Cork. I'm excited to be hosting a weekend of amazing conversations and food storytelling. The International Literature Festival Dublin takes place 16th to 25th and I will be hosting Scoop & a Yarn conversations on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th at the festival in Merrion Square. Lastly, at the end of the month and leading into the June bank holiday weekend, I’ll be hosting talks for the National Dairy Council at Bloom in the Park in the Phoenix Park. Come say h
