Run by Conor and Joanna Dempsey, Amuse mixes French cooking techniques with Asian flavours. Conor gained a wealth of knowledge working in Michelin starred restaurants throughout Europe.
Amuse focuses on tasting menus giving diners the best experience to sample this unique cuisine. Conor’s passion for this fusion of flavours stems from his time in France and Asia.
