Waterford Harvest festival 2024 are pleased to spotlight the best of local and Irish producers and the region’s food heritage. Festival highlight for 2024 is the exclusive fine dining experience with Chef Keith Boyle and Sommelier Carmel Boyle in the beautiful surroundings of the Dr Mary Strangman Large Room in Waterford City Hall.
The Lunch will begin with a signature Old Fashioned cocktail and a talk on the whiskey by Ian O Brien of W.D. O Connell Whiskey in Kilmacthomas. Followed by a full degustation menu served in the large room with optional wine pairings carefully chosen by Sommelier Carmel.
A festival highlight, and sure to sell out, the Harvest Festival Homecoming Dinner and Lunch with Chef Keith Boyle in City Hall will also feature local producers WD O’Connell Whiskey, Waterford Distillery, and Viking Irish Drinks. Sunday September 8th.
