This evening, TheTaste’s food writer, Darina Coffey, will be sharing a very special Christmas recipe on TV3’s The Six O’Clock Show. The popular evening chat show is hosted by Martin King with Deirdre O’Kane filling in for Lucy Kennedy, who is on maternity leave.

Darina, who has previously appeared on the Great Irish Bake Off and Masterchef Ireland is no stranger to cooking on TV, and this time she’ll be showing the audience how to make her fabulous Panettone Bread and Brandy Butter Pudding, the perfect Christmas dessert, ideal for the holiday season.
