Already celebrated for its vibrant nighttime allure, The Collins Club in Dublin is elevating daytime luxury with the debut of Champagne Cha Cha. Launching officially on 28th September, this dazzling new brunch experience promises a glamorous twist on the weekend ritual.
Located on the ground floor of The Leinster Hotel, The Collins Club has quickly become a great addition to the city’s evening scene since opening its doors in April. Already renowned for its electric nighttime atmosphere and innovative cocktail programme, The Collins Club is now taking daytime indulgence to new heights with the launch of the Champagne Cha Cha, a dazzling twist on weekend brunch, infused with elegance, flair, and a generous dose of glamour.
Launching on Saturday 28th September, the Champagne Cha Cha will offer guests a glass of Mumm Champagne on arrival, a brunch dish from the Collins Club’s newly launched menu by chef Ross Bryan, as well as a choice of specially created Champagne cocktail, all while being serenaded by the lively jazz and soulful sounds of The Swing Cats, our live band. From the soothing tunes to the flowing bubbles, the Champagne Cha Cha is the perfect way to wile away an Autumn afternoon in Dublin that sets the perfect tone for any weekend.
At the heart of The Collins Club lies a creative cocktail menu crafted under the guidance of visionary mixologist and Food & Beverage Manager Milan Ormanovic. The cocktails are a seamless blend of tradition and innovation, crafted with meticulous attention to detail.
Every detail at The Collins Club is steeped Georgian glamour, from the soft, dim lighting and intricately adorned ceilings to the crimson-hued bar, the perfect setting for a Champagne infused afternoon, no excuse needed.
