The New Openers
In what was probably the most glam opening of the year, Floritz on St Stephen’s Green rolled out the red carpet to welcome the bold and the beautiful. The interiors are breathtakingly brash (in the best way) and the menu doesn’t disappoint. One of the most appealing features of this particular new opening is the ‘stay as long as you want policy’ which more restaurants should take note of.
