Who doesn’t love a summer lunch in the city? Catch up with some friends, grab your other half for a lunch date or take a breather from a busy day in the office to enjoy a delicious lunch in one of Dublin’s most beautiful dining rooms.
Up until 18th September, for just €23 you can enjoy one of four new mains and a choice of summery sides. First up, their 55-day dry-aged rump steak and umami-bomb Gentleman’s Relish flavoured with anchovy and spice. For something lighter, try their Goatsbridge trout with remoulade butter. It’s hard to get a dish more summery than the charcoal chicken Ana Mari, with roasted garlic, olive oil and lemon. Done in the Basque style, it’s charred over glowing coals. The veggie option is a book-thick slice of charcoal roasted Romanesco, topped with piquant pickles and St. Toal cheese.
Once you’ve chosen your main, choose your side salad to go with it. They have four vibrant, fresh, summery salads to choose from – Heritage tomatoes, Bitter leaf salad, Caesar or Butterhead lettuce and herb.
And starters, cocktails and desserts are available, too, of course. Just saying…
