Majken Bech-Bailey won over the country’s critics with her non-alcoholic drinks pairings during her tenure at the 2 Michelin-Star restaurant, Aimsir. She is now bringing her talent and knowledge to Neighbourhood, Naas with a series of intimate non-alcoholic drinks masterclasses on the 13th, 14th, 20th and 21st of January from 1pm to 3pm.
Perfectly timed for dry January, Majken will showcase various skills and techniques that are needed to create her delicious non-alcoholic drinks at home, using fresh and seasonal Irish ingredients. Everything from garnishes to glassware will be covered – all of which can work with alcoholic drinks too!
Majken’s husband, Jordan Bailey, will also be creating some delicious bites on the day that will pair perfectly and enhance each of these crafted beverages.
The afternoon will end with some seasonal snack plates featuring a selection of the best of Ireland cheese to cured meats. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase a special bottle of juice made by Majken, a perfect way to kick off this non-alcoholic beverage journey.
Majken Bech-Bailey’s non-alcoholic drinks masterclasses will take place in Neighbourhood’s new second floor, a stylish bar with a drinks menu curated by Bar Manager Kevin Hegarty, that is opening on December 29th.
Tickets are extremely limited and cost €75 per person. Purchase via Bech-Bailey from Tuesday the 19th at 7pm here.
