Saba, the Award-winning Thai and Vietnamese restaurant and Official Partner to Hockey Ireland has relocated from Clarendon Street to No.7 South William Street. Saba’s new home dates back to 1765 and they have brought this beautiful 4,700 sq ft Georgian building back to its former glory, refurbishing its red brick walls, walnut floors and magnificent large glass roof which floods the room with light.
The new Saba location will be a stunning spacious restaurant seating 120 guests for Thai/Vietnamese cuisine and cocktails, all served in a buzzy atmosphere – which is what Saba customers have come to love. The addition of South William Street brings the Saba family to three restaurants (Baggot Street and Kildare Village) and three Saba To Go outlets at Rathmines, Windy Arbour and Deansgrange.
Saba’s Owner, Paul Cadden has said: ‘I am really proud of the Saba team and what we have achieved over the last year. Saba Kildare Village had a very successful opening in August and is the perfect destination when visiting the village.
No 7 South William Street is a beautiful space in a bustling city centre location and it has been an exciting journey refurbishing this historic building.
We can’t wait to welcome our customers and friends to our new home and make more wonderful memories over this festive season.’
Saba, No 7 South William Street opened on Friday November 26th, 2021, just in time for Christmas outings and festive gatherings. Reservations are now open.
