Rosanna Davison, former Miss World, top model and nutritionist, today (24th April 2015) launches her new website, www.RosannaDavisonNutrition.com. The result of two years of hard work, the comprehensive website is packed with over 40 healthy recipes, with more being added daily, each devised, tested and photographed by Rosanna herself. The website, which also includes nutrition and fitness tips and articles, and beauty, fashion and wedding inspiration, offers a taste of Rosanna’s forthcoming book ‘Eat Yourself Beautiful’, due for release in the Autumn.
“I’m very proud of how my website looks. It’s worth all the many late nights and weekends that I spent on research and writing. This is much more than a food blog and I hope that it gives readers all the inspiration, motivation and information they need for a healthier lifestyle,” said Rosanna.
Rosanna’s recipes offer healthy and delicious options for breakfasts, smoothies, juices, salads, main courses, dips and dressings and even sweet treats! All the recipes are allergen-free, based on whole foods and are designed to nourish and heal. They all support weight loss goals, glowing skin, and healthy digestion, which is the secret to optimal health.
As a vegetarian growing up in a house of meat eaters, Rosanna began preparing and cooking her own meals, and this passion for healthy eating led Rosanna to study Nutrition, graduating in early 2014. She now works with private clients, designing eating plans that support their health and wellness goals, and even shopping and cooking with them. Rosanna’s clients have wide ranging objectives, from weight loss and increased fitness to wanting to tackle digestive problems or an autoimmune disease.
Rosanna’s favourite recipes on the site include her simple and delicious ‘Ferrero Rocher‘ Truffle Pops, made using raw cacao powder, which is packed with minerals, fibre and antioxidants. The Carrot Noodle Salad with ginger-miso dressing colourful and zingy and the Summer Chickpea Bolognese is light and bright, perfect for a healthy lunch.
After a tough workout, Rosanna recommends her Blue Warrior Protein Smoothie to help repair torn muscle fibres, boost energy levels and fill your body with antioxidants. And no Sunday brunch would be complete without a huge stack of Summer Berry Oatmeal Pancakes with vanilla coconut cream.
