Vibrant cocktails will include The Age of Aquarius (€10.25) created with Absolut Blue vodka shaken with mint, lemon and sugar, topped with chilled prosecco, Electric Kool-Aid (€11.75) featuring an electric blend of Absolut Elyx, Plymouth Gin, Havana Club three year old rum, Italicus Bergamot Aperitivo and Blue Curacao with lemon juice and Fever-Tree lemonade, San Francisco Spritz(€12.50) with Plymouth Gin, Lillet Rose, pink grapefruit juice, Fever-Tree soda water and prosecco, and Waterloo Sunset (€9.95) with Absolut Blue vodka shaken with cucumber, mint and ginger and lemongrass cordial, served in a coupe glass with a splash of Fever-Tree Ginger Ale.
