NoLIta Dublin Unveils Exciting New Menu by Head Chef Cian Noctor

NoLIta Dublin is excited to announce the launch of a new menu this week, designed by Head Chef Cian Noctor. The updated menu introduces American-inspired dishes alongside the restaurant’s well-loved Italian offerings. Situated in the heart of Dublin, NoLIta blends New York’s Little Italy vibe with authentic Italian cuisine, making it a popular spot for both dining and late-night socialising.

Key additions to the dinner menu include Roast Truffle Gnocchi and Braised Pork Ragu, bringing rich flavours and hearty options to the table. NoLIta remains committed to its roots, continuing to serve the beloved woodfired authentic Italian pizzas that have made it a favourite in Dublin. New options like the Mortadella Pizza with Burrata and chunky pistachio pesto are sure to become instant classics.

The new menu doesn’t stop at dinner; brunch lovers are in for a treat with fresh and flavourful additions. Indulge in the French Toast, made with thick-cut brioche and served with fresh berries and vanilla mascarpone, or try the Fluffy American Pancakes drizzled with bacon and maple syrup. A standout new dish is the Breakfast Pizza, a unique combination of mozzarella Fior di Latte, pork sausage, crispy bacon, black pudding, and a perfectly fried egg. To finish with something sweet, the Classic Tiramisu or their new Pistachio Espresso Martini dessert cocktail.
