Dublin’s slice scene is about to get a taste of one of London’s most talked-about pizza spots, as World Famous Gordo’s Pizza comes across the pond for a special one-night pop-up at Hen’s Teeth.
On August 17th, the World Famous Gordo’s crew will takeover Hen’s Teeth to serve up their cult-status NY-style pies, along with a fresh drop of merch. The Instagram post of the event announcement doesn’t include menu details just yet, but options are likely to include both classic and limited-edition creations.
World Famous Gordo’s Pizza typically offers a small, focused menu with a few always-on classics and a rotating special.
What to Expect from the Menu:
- Marinara: A classic tomato base with a crust coated in garlic and herb for extra flavour.
- NY Cheese: Tomato sauce with fior di latte mozzarella and San Marzano tomatoes, featuring a sesame seed-encrusted crust.
- Everything Pepperoni: Spicy pepperoni, scarmoza cheese, San Marzano tomatoes, and a crust inspired by “everything bagel” seasoning.
