Last week, the well known Carluccio’s of Dawson St. opened up it’s second venue in Ireland quietly to the public. Housed in a beautiful spot in picturesque Glasthule, which in a previous life was home to Weafer and Cooper. Last night the official launch took place to a room of well known faces and hosted by the legendary chef, author and restaurateur Antonio Carluccio, founder of the brand. Antonio entertained the crowd with his witty Italian charm, while they were treated to a tasting of some of the delicious dishes that will be on offer.  It looks as though this will be a very welcome addition to the neighbourhood.
