There are places where you instantly feel at home, even if you didn’t grow up there. Perhaps you’ve experienced this when you’re somewhere and your body seems to relax that little bit extra. You feel at ease. For me, the seaside village of Greystones, Co. Wicklow is one of them. Nestled between the Irish Sea and the Wicklow Mountains, with a blend of stunning natural beauty, community, and arguably, some of the best food in Ireland.
