Guests at the launch sipped on Moët et Chandon and Dungarvan Brewing Company Black Rock Stout, and ate lots of oysters, naturally, and delicious seafood canapes created by Head Chef of the Cliff Townhouse Sean Smith. Highlights of the night included an Oyster Opening Competition with some award winning oyster openers, and an Oyster Quiz which included some great prizes including a stay in The Cliff House Hotel.
