‘Yule’ Love Dublin City’s New Foodie Wonderland This Festive Season

Looking for something different this Christmas? For the first time ever, Dublin’s Eatyard will open for the festive season for a true Christmas culinary treat.

Dubbed Yuleyard, this winter wonderland will kick off on November 22nd and run Thursdays to Sundays from 12 noon right up to December 23rd.

Expect a haven of heated and covered outdoor hygge with festive food vendors, winter warmer bars, ski chalet vibes and Christmas cheer. Pop-up craft and farmers markets will take place on Saturdays & Sundays.

Bar wise there are a few treats in store as Carlsberg Unfiltered join Yuleyard to pour their new unfiltered pilsner. You can explore your adventurous side with The Schweppes Alchemy bar, which will be serving classic and festive cocktails.

Baileys will be back with the Baileys Treat Bar, offering up deliciously indulgent cocktails, hot chocolates, and other mouth-watering treats. The Shaw will run a Winter Warmer Bar with mulled cider and wine, hot whiskey and port featuring homemade spiced syrups.

Within the fully covered & heated winter yard, you can tuck into a smorgasbord of festive food. Meltdown will bring their glorious grilled cheese menu to Yuleyard along with a very special limited edition cheese fondue (pre-book only).

Lucky Tortoise dim sum will be serving up baskets of their brilliant steamed Asian delights, including some Christmas specials. Traditional bratwurst using Irish free-range pork will be brought to you by Flamin’ Marvellous. Christmas confections with an Italian twist will come from the excellent Sweet Noni think panettone, gingerbread men and Christmas cake pops.

Eatyard favourites Box Burger will be back with their fresh, bold burgers and some seasonal specials and The Big Blue Bus, a Shaw staple will be dolling out their organic, stone-baked pizzas, antipasti platters and seasonal bites.

And what’s a Christmas party without some cheesy entertainment? Yuleyard will see the launch of Bodytonics brand new Father Ted vibes Caravan Karaoke, The Christmas Edition featuring a playlist of all your favourite Christmas tunes and numbers ones from over the years. Get your Mariah on and help the homeless (booking fee will be in lieu of a donation to The Simon Community).

The Eatyard Stage will host a heap of yuletide festivities with food and food and drink talk, tastings and demos, Christmas crafting and live music & carolling across the weekends. Saturdays and Sundays there will be pop-up craft and farmers market.
