Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a blender to a pourable consistency,
Pour 4 10-12cm pools of batter and fry on low-medium heat with butter until golden brown. Best results come from partially panfrying each side twice.
Serve with Dr.Coy's Stevia and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
