New Healthy Eating And Lifestyle Programme Launches Ahead of This Year’s WellFest

A new wellness programme from KBC Bank Ireland and WellFest has officially been launched by Gerry Hussey, Roz Purcell and Philly McMahon.

This #WellGood programme has been created by and will be led by performance psychologist Gerry Hussey, best-selling cookery author and healthy food and lifestyle enthusiast Roz Purcell, and Dublin GAA player and fitness entrepreneur Philly McMahon.

WellGood is a new and completely free 30-day plan, featuring tips on nutrition, mindset, exercise and more beginning on 3rd April. The programme will provide easy-to-follow tools and techniques to build on the fundamentals of wellness and all the content will be available here, including videos, podcasts, recipes and fitness plans from Gerry, Roz and Philly.

They will also be keeping us on our toes with challenges around the programme and presenting live at three pop-up events: Philly in Dublin, Roz in Cork and Gerry in Galway.

WellFest is Ireland’s first and largest health, fitness and wellness festival, and takes place this year on 12th and 13th May at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham.

KBC Bank Ireland is the presenting partner of WellFest for the second year in a row, and is launching the #WellGood programme to encourage people to focus on their physical and mental health in the lead-up to this year’s festival.
