Information on the Wine Dinner Event

Wine Dinner menu and info with Yves Cuilleron on Monday 9th February.

Yves Cuilleron is one of the biggest names associated with wine in the Rhone Valley. It is an exclusive dinner offer with a small audience. This is really is one for the wine fanatics. This is a rare and unique opportunity to experience these gems showcasing the beauty of food & wine from this historic region, in the heart of Dublin.

Stanley’s Restaurant & Wine Bar are delighted to announce an evening with world renowned wine maker, Yves Cuilleron.

Anyone who is familiar with the wines of the Northern Rhone, knows that there is nowhere else in the world where you will find such purity in the leading varietals of Viognier and Syrah grapes.

Since 1920, this family-run estate has produced exquisite quality wines. All of the grapes on the estate are hand- picked, and meticulous care and attention is given to soils of this dynamic region.
