Romance is in the air this Valentine’s at the Ice House Hotel, where guests can enjoy a dreamy romantic break that includes a themed Table D’hôte Dinner created by Head Chef Anthony Holland in the Ice House Restaurant; followed by a lazy breakfast the following morning.
Ingredients:
– 35.5 ml Straw Boys Vodka
– 20 ml Tia Maria Coffee Liquor
– 15 ml Creme de Cacao
– 20ml Chambord Liquor
Method:
1. Add all ingredients into a Boston Shaker with ice.
2. Pour into a Martini glass
Garnish: Strawberry and Mint leaves.
Ingredients:
– 35.5 ml Bacardi
– 20 ml Coole Swan Liquor
– 15 ml Malibu
– 20 ml Chambord Liquor.
Method:
1. Add all ingredients into a Boston Shaker with ice.
2. Pour into a Martini glass.
