An internationally experienced mixologist, Stefano Nicoli made a name for himself working in bars throughout Spain and Italy before finishing his formal training in London and the Flair Academy in Padova and Milan.
Since his move to Ireland in 2015, Stefano has worked at Harry’s on the green, and Ferrier and Draper before joining the Urchin team for the grand opening in February 2017.
