Restaurant and Microbrewery Urban Brewing just Opened in the IFSC

Dublin seems to be on a roll with the new bar openings. With trad music-oriented Piper’s Corner, cool and casual Jimmy Rabbitte’s and sleek nightclub Tramline now up and running, and The Underground scheduled to give the spolight to up and coming bands from next month; the city’s offer seems to be growing weekly. Last 17th of August, Urban Brewing became the latest venue to open its doors.

Located in the sleek CHQ Building in the heart of the IFSC, it offers a unique dining experience which combines Dublin’s newest microbrewery, allowing you to taste exclusive beers as fresh as possible, stright from the tank.

The food offer focuses on tapas and shareable dishes influenced by international cuisines. A bright an airy terrace area is complemented by eclectic interiors: a modern and spacious front bar is followed by a restaurant area of rustic beauty, tucked away in 200-year-old vaults and with stylish furnishing and inviting lighting.

The venue is part of the plans for revamping the CHQ Building, which was used as a tobacco and wine warehouse during the 19th century and nowadays has been turned into a chic shopping centre in the hear of the city’s financial district.

Besides the beers they brew themselves, it stocks over 200 beers from all over the world so it’s an ideal spot to taste and discover all things hops.

Delicious food, amazing beers and stunning interiors? Did anyone say after office plans? With its convenient location and unique architecture, it’s a must-visit for craft beer lovers in Dublin.
