Ireland’s Leading Chefs Join Forces For an Exciting Vegan Culinary Event Series

Vegan in Ireland has teamed up with some of the country’s leading food and drink experts to create a unique vegan culinary event series.

Created in 2017 by Scott and Sivan Renwick, Vegan in Ireland aims to make veganism in Ireland enjoyable for everyone and accessible to everyone.

The series will feature some of the best venues in Dublin such as The Shelbourne, Bow Lane, Hugo’s, Kyoto and Ananda and you can get top tips from Dublin’s most prominent chefs in creating flavourful plant-based dishes.

On Tuesday 21st August, Chef Karan Mittal from Ananda Restaurant will be hosting a talk, demo and dinner. Using the best local ingredients and the finest spices Karen has designed a four-course vegan Indian meal for the unmissable evening.

Following on from this, guests will enjoy a four-course Japanese dinner created by Chef Yew himself. Feast on plant-based Japanese cuisine as you sample delicious soups, salads, sushi and desserts.

On Sunday 30th September, a fantastic vegan cheese and wine event with Sommelier Guillaume Lasalle will take place in Hugo’s Restaurant & Wine Bar.
