This Beloved Galway Restaurant is Launching a Wine Club with a Food Pairing Twist
Looking for inspiration for a creative Christmas present? Thinking about trying more new things or enhancing your social life in 2018? One of our favourite Galway restaurants, Brasserie on the Corner, has launched a wine club that combines vinous exploration and great food into a delightful experience that will make a wonderful gift.
Starting in January 2018, the wine club will gather for themed evenings of discovery and enjoyment. With a focus on wine pairings, the occasion will also introduce guests to delectable bites. The first session, planned for January the 24th will centre on wine and meat pairings and prestigious merchant Tindal Wine will look after the glasses.
Then on February the 28th, it’ll be all about wine and cheese, with bottles by award winning importer Febvre Wines. The third date in the calendar for now in next April the 25th, and it’ll be the turn for seafood and wine, with bottles by The Vineyard.
Whether you’re a connoisseur or an enthusiast beginner, the Brasserie on the Corner Wine Club is the ideal occasion to treat your taste buds, pick up some cookery tips, try new wine pairings and learn about fine wine in a relaxed environment.
Each session is priced at €35 including the guided wine tasting and food. There is also a special price package priced at €90 which will give you access to the three evenings, available only until December 24th 2017.
