The Killarney Park launches ‘Taste of Kerry’ Tasting Menu

The Killarney Park boasts a five star dining experience to match its opulent property in The Park Restaurant, a luxurious chandelier-dotted dining room with a dedicated wine room. This Summer, Head Chef Heiko Riebandt is flexing his culinary muscles with the introduction of a ‘Taste of Kerry’ seven course tasting menu. Heiko has been in the Killarney Park since 2015, having previously served as Executive Head Chef in Sheen Falls and the former Lodge at Doonbeg.
The ‘Taste of Kerry’ menu is a showcase of the rich bounty of produce the Kingdom has to offer, with everything from Farranfore strawberries to Kerry lamb on offer to highlight the best of the county. Chef’s seven tempting courses include Kerry Coast Duet of Scallop & Prawn, Cronin’s Chateaux Briand and Valentia Yoghurt Basil Sorbet.
This exciting menu is a welcome addition to the Killarney food scene and is a fantastic way to sample the most delicious local ingredients and the talents of Chef Heiko. The 7 course menu is available for €90pp and a 5 course option is offered at €70pp. Guests have the option of Sommelier selected matching wines for each course for an additional €30pp.
