The stylish city centre venue wants you to sit back and relax with a cocktail, while they do all the work on the grill.
The setting for your tasty BBQ will be in the hotel’s indoor courtyard or heated terrace overlooking Dublin port, the perfect spot for a lazy summer evening sipping on hand-crafted cocktails and soaking up the season’s laid back vibes. The BBQ menu has something for everyone and is far more than just burgers and hot dogs.
Carnivores can feast on meaty delights like pork and Guinness sausages with tomato chutney and sticky apricot glazed chicken wings. For veggies and those looking for something a little lighter, the menu includes plenty of yummy salad options including vibrant fresh watermelon, mint and feta salad. If you manage to keep room for dessert, you can top off your BBQ with a delicious sweet treat like the gibson’s raspberry dark chocolate brownie.
The BBQ area can accommodate events for 25-800 people and is priced at €25 per person, this price includes two items on the menu per person. An additional €4 per dish can be paid if you wish to go the whole hog!
